Fuel tax made simple
You drive. We keep the paperwork that comes with crossing state lines: the miles by jurisdiction, the gallons bought where, the quarterly return, and the licenses that let you keep running.
You send us your trips and fuel receipts. We turn them into a return that is right the first time, and we tell you what you owe or what is coming back before it goes in.
What we do
- Quarterly IFTA returns. Miles and gallons totalled by jurisdiction, that quarter's tax rates and surcharges applied, and the return prepared in time for the deadline.
- IFTA license and decals. The annual renewal, and decals for the trucks you add during the year.
- IRP apportioned registration. Renewals on the registration year, and the paperwork when a truck joins or leaves the fleet.
- Your records, kept. Every trip and every fuel purchase, by truck and by jurisdiction, ready when an auditor asks for them.
Built on the records you already keep
There is no new system for your drivers to learn. A trip is a date, a route, the odometer and the miles in each state, and the fuel you bought on the way. However you keep that today, we work from it.
Years of it, not just this quarter
We have been preparing fuel tax returns for interstate carriers for more than twenty years, and we keep the history. When a question comes up about a past quarter, the trips behind it are still here.
Who it is for
Owner-operators and small fleets who run interstate under IFTA and IRP, and would rather spend the end of the quarter driving than adding up miles.
See how it works, or tell us about your trucks and we will get you set up.
