Licensing
The credentials that keep an interstate truck legal, renewed on time.
IFTA license and decals
An IFTA license lets you report fuel tax for every member jurisdiction on one return, and every qualifying truck carries a pair of decals. Both renew each year. We prepare the renewal, order the decals for the coming year, and order more when you add a truck.
IRP apportioned registration
Apportioned plates and cab cards let a truck run in every jurisdiction it travels, with the fees split by where its miles were driven. We prepare the annual renewal on the registration year from the same mileage records your fuel tax returns are built on, so the two always agree.
When the fleet changes
Adding a truck, retiring one, or moving a plate to a replacement: tell us and we handle the supplements and the decals, so a new truck is not parked waiting on paperwork.
When an auditor calls
Fuel tax and IRP audits ask for the trip records behind your returns. Ours are kept by truck, by trip and by jurisdiction, for every quarter we have prepared, so the answer is a report rather than a search through boxes.
If it is a filing that comes with running interstate and it is not on this page, ask us. We will tell you straight whether it is something we do.
